i Casa Limited’s business is including trading, import and wholesale of residential building materials (kitchen sink, mixer tap, sanitary fitting and home appliance (range hood, induction hob, oven...).

We mainly import products from European country (like Greece, Italy, and France) and some products from China.     All these products is mainly supply to Hong Kong, Macau and south China market.

Our customers are including some building materials and home appliance retail shops, and some of the residential project’s developers.                

 

I’m CHAN Sui Tai Kevin is the only director of i Casa Limited, I was studying in University of New Castle in N.S.W., Australia on1989.

I have over 22 year experience on the building materials and home appliance supply business.  Since, I was one of the founder, shares holder and director of Great Treasure International Ltd., Great Treasure Building Supplies & Engineering Ltd.  The turnover of these companies is over 40 million /annual. i Casa Limited Is my new setup company after I terminated my former position in Great Treasure Group.  I have started to import new brand PYRAMIS products from Greece. PYRAMIS is one of the top manufacturer in Europe for Kitchen Sink and home appliance products. (web site for your  ref. www.pyramisgroup.com).

 

I expect the first year turnover of i Casa Limited will be around 5 million and the annual net profit will be around 1.35 million.
